BATTERIES, CHARGERS AND VARIABLE VOLTAGE MODS
Depending upon product description in general 180 days guarantee is applied to all batteries except if different mention, chargers and Variable voltage Mods. Incorrect use can cause damage to your equipment. Microcig accepts no responsibility for the potential damage caused by the incorrect use or assembling.
ATOMIZERS, CLEAROMIZERS, CARTOMIZERS AND COILS
Due to the fragile nature of atomizers, clearomizers, cartomizers, replacement coils ,tanks, etc., we offer only DOA replacements. DOA ("Dead On Arrival", non-functioning when you receive the item) warranty means that you must inspect the product immediately upon receiving it. You have no more than 7 business days to inspect and call/email Microcig back for return/exchange (depending upon product description).

Depending upon product description in general 360 days guarantee is applied to all mechanical mods. Incorrect building of the mechanical mod can cause damage to your equipment and as such Microcig accepts no responsibility for the damage caused as this damage is the result of improper construction. Microcig accepts no responsibility for the potential damage caused by the incorrect assembling of any mechanical mod.
For most items which are located in our accessories section and those of which are NOT electronic have in general 360 days guarantee. Except Fillers and DIY selection fals under our Dead on Arrival warranty.
Microcig is not responsible for any defects caused by mishandling or use or operation that deviates from the instructions set forth in this User Manual.
ATTENTION: THE GUARANTEE PERIOD IS SUBJECT TO THE CRITERION ABOVE.
Microcig should be notified of a defect in the product by contacting Customer Service at 86-75581737171 or [email protected] within 7 days. The product should be sent to the Microcig Service Center indicated, prepaid and adequately insured with the return authorization number clearly visible on the front of the package. Include a letter describing the problem. All returns must include copy of dated sales receipt as proof of purchase from authorized Microcig dealer. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from country.
