DHL, EMS, HK Post, UPS, FedEx, TNT or by Airmail (Airmail Max.2kg and Not e-liquid) and If you have account you can ask to pick-up the goods in our factory. Do you have a agent/contact in China? Please let them contact us for future instructions.

 

We may not ship to Saudi arabia,Israel, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Peru, and some South America countries. Their Custom and import officials set some really strict requirements for products containing Lithium-ion battery to be shipped into these countries.

Air express courier:

 


After dispatch from Microcig factory in Shenzhen, China, The shipment goes to the airport in Hong Kong or in Guangzhou, and goes to your nearest major logistics hub. From there the goods are delivered by the courier's local services. Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier They may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm details of a shipment.
In any cases where additional paperwork is required for customs clearance, Microcig will assist u as much as possible.


Volume Weight Explained


Have you ever wondered why sometimes you pay for a different weight rather than the real weight of the package or parcel?
Simple explanation = 2 types of material being transported both the same real weight 20 kgs

 

1 box of feathers is very light but takes up a lot of space
1 box of lead is very dense and heavy and takes less space

 

Space is a premium on a truck or aircraft!
Whichever is greater the real weight or the volume weight is the weight the transport will be based on.

These rules are used by the courier industry so you will be charged based on real weight or charge weight.

Return Authorization Request

We value your business and are sincerely committed to your satisfaction. If you are need to return something to us fill out the "Return Authorization Request" form below. Upon receipt of your request, we will email you a RMA number and complete details for returning your purchase. After you receive your RMA, simply return the items to us in the same condition as they were sent to you. When we receive your returned items we will inspect them and exchange the item(s).


EXCHANGE


All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags still attached. Shipping & Handling costs are non-refundable due to the high cost of shipping ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL.


PLEASE NOTE!  We must be contacted prior to any item being returned in order to provide you with instructions on how to proceed. This is required to expedite the process and to insure you receive proper exchange for the item being returned.

 

We try to accommodate all customers by exchanging items when possible. If an exchange is not possible, we will gladly offer you store credit towards another item or a refund.


WHAT TO INCLUDE & WHERE TO SEND A RETURN:


All items MUST be returned to our Returns Processing facility. When you contact us about returning an item, we will send you a detailed email with simple instructions for sending your item back, including the address for our Returns Processing facility. This email will also include a form you will need to send with your return which will expedite your exchange or refund.


RETURN PACKAGING:


When returning an item, please make sure all tags are still attached and include any protective covering, paperwork and the original box that came with the product. Improper packing during shipment can damage items, so please use care when preparing the item for return shipping. Unless it was damaged by the carrier in transit, most items can be returned in the same shipping box in which you received them.


EXCHANGE PROCESSING:


Once we receive the original item back, it will be inspected to insure it is still in new resale-able condition and/or to verify any reported defects. Exchanges are usually processed within 48 hours of receiving the original item back. We cannot exchange or issue refunds on items which show obvious signs of use or are not in the same condition in which they were originally sent to you.
