After-sale Terms
Shenzhen RoyalSmokers
Technology Co., Ltd is a
professional and high-tech
manufacturer producing
electronic cigarette,
adhering to the business
philosophy "integrity in
management, striving for
multi-win", to provide
dedicated service for all
partners. Our company puts
particular emphasis on the
products after-sale service.
Our company will provide
warranty service for the
sold "RoyalSmokers" products
in the warranty expires. We
will charge according to
standard maintenance cost
and the cost of replacing
parts.
The
detailed provisions are as
follows:
(1).Free warranty:
from the date of purchasing
product, if the failure and
damage caused by the
materials or manufacturing
process, and it is in the
warranty period, the
warranty will be free for
after-sales service;
(2).The maintenance
for whole life: Our company
continues to be responsible
for the product maintenance
for users over the warranty
period. But we will charge a
small amount of maintenance
cost subject to the
discretion.
(3).Warranty time
limit begins since the date
that the end customer buys
products. We take the final
customer's invoice or
purchase copy of the invoice
(specify product model,
product serial number) and
the valid warranty card as
the certificates.
(4).Free technical
training: We will provide
free training for operators
and maintainers with
corresponding technical
knowledge. The training can
be held in users' companies
or our company.

2.Free
Warranty Obligations
In
order to keep your legitimate rights
and avoid unnecessary losses, for
the following cases that product
failure, abnormal work, or damage of
Shenzhen RoyalSmokers , we do not
assume the free warranty
obligations:
- No product warranty card, no valid
invoice or the valid purchase
certificate; the model in the
warranty card and invoice documents
is different from that of
maintenance products or altered;
- Damage caused by transportation
(please resolve this problem through
dealers and insurance companies or
contact the transportation
departments).
- Any unauthorized changing,
extending, collocating hardware,
using the parts that not from
Shenzhen RoyalSmokers,. Any damage
to the parts caused connecting
peripherals or inappropriate use of
brutal operation.
- Damage caused due to fires,
floods, lightning, earthquake or
other force majored event, or caused
by products used in unproved
environment, ( If the temperature is
too high, too low, too wet or dry,
too dirty in internal machinery,
high voltage or current instability,
and etc., zero voltage is too large,
etc.)
- The failure parts caused due to
improper maintenance (such as water,
squeezing, etc.)
3. Over
Warranty Time Limit
Each
time the after-sale service over the
warranty time limit, according to a
certain standard, we will charge the
corresponding cost for maintenance,
replacing the parts and technology
escalating.
4.Supervision
on Services
In
order to promote the management of
services and develop new service
model, Shenzhen RoyalSmokers welcome
your criticism and supervision. We
will take the initiative to pay a
return visit and know your opinion
timely, making the rapid change on
service defect. At the same time, we
