In general all our hardware product cover 1 year warranty from shipping date ( repair or replacement ) excluding package, cartridges, Cartomizers , Giantomizers or all other disposable products and technical literature or other accessories.
"RoyalSmokers Free replacement within one year and free warranty within one years" means that the product is allowed to replace within the first year since purchasing and to repair free of charge within one years.
The range for free replacement and free repair is limited only to the main unit of products, excluding package, cartridges, CE2 products, batteries and technical literature or other accessories.
In case of performance problem with any of our products within one week since purchasing, if there is no such damage as surface scratch, it is allowed to replace with a brand new product of the same model.
However, within the warranty period, the suspected product that user requires replacement must go through a test conducted by the testing personnel of Microcig Technology Co., Ltd. For quality product through test, it will be returned to the user on dealer; for confirmed defective product, a same model or a reworked non-defective product of equivalent performance will replace the defective one while the defective part belongs to Microcig Technology Co., Ltd.
When requesting for service from our dealers, please have the corresponding invoice and warranty certificate along with you. In case of failure to present the above proofs, the free replacement and free repair period would be calculated from the manufacturing date labelled on your product.
The product that is repaired on your expense will be covered with a three-month free warranty period since it is fixed. Please keep and secure your repair voucher.
Repair means:
1. You are entitled to request for replacement or repair warranty service by presenting valid voucher such as purchase invoice and warranty certificate in case of product at fault.
2. The dealers who sold Microcig products to customers should apply for free replacement or free repair For the cases that replacement for new product is permitted in compliance with the product warranty terms, the dealers are empowered to do so.
3. Customers or dealers should cover always all the freight/shipments taxes .. of products.
Special statement:
In terms of the products sold under otherwise after-sale service terms, reference should be made to the contracts confirmed by Microcig.
Providing that any dealer makes other commitments to customers than those issued officially by Microcig, please request the dealer for written evidence that bind the dealer to keep his or her commitment, for which Microcig will take no liability.
Note：The above commitments are subject to interpretation and revision by Microcig Technology Co., Ltd.
The following cases are excluded in the free replacement and repair warranty coverage
The products expire the free replacement and free repair warranty period；The serial number labelled on product is altered or deleted The products were repaired or disassembled by someone other than the authorized persons or professionals of our company The product damages are caused by unexpected factors or deliberate conducts such as incorrect voltage input, high temperature, water penetration, mechanical disruption, crashing breakage, severe oxidation, rusting or else；The product damage is caused by force majored such as earthquake or fire disaster
