SAMPLE CHARGES

All samples are subject to charges as specified on Price Lists. Samples to be sent by courier will be for account of buyer. Costs on making small or personal samples are much higher than cost for mass production, therefore it is necessary for us to charge sample fee at premium price. In most cases the additional fee will be returned by order.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Payment by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) to our bank account. All bank charges outside and inside P.R. China are for account of buyer.

FOB Shenzhen PRICE DOES NOT COVER FORWARDER AND TERMINAL CHARGES

Our FOB PRICE does not cover Forwarder's Handling Charges and Terminal Charges which will be for account of buyer.

All T/T payments are requested to be forwarded to our banker for quick response. CentralTrade Ltd.  is the foreign trade dept. for receiving USD and others Currency.

All banking charges inside and outside China should be undertaken by client. Please do not share any bank costs. If you need to-do add that amount with this payment. Sending a proof of payment can speed up your order.

DELIVERY LEAD TIME

Normally, lead time for delivery will be 6-8 days from date after receipt of payment (T/T). Large quantity is subject to negotiation.

LOGO IMPRINT

If Logo Imprint involves legal liability of copyright or patent or trademark, buyer must provide proof of ownership or permission from design owner to re-produce the Logo Imprint onto product.

Artwork of imprint is to be supplied by buyer and it will not be returned after completion of the job unless it is specified at time of submitting the Artwork to us. Thereafter, we are not responsible for any damage or loss of the Artwork.

PRIVATE LABEL OEM

We may accept Private Label on our products but quantity of each single item must be not less than 100-250 or 500 pieces (depending on the product), and all set up charges (Block fees etc. if appear) will be for account of buyer. All artworks for packages will be supplied by buyer.

STANDARD COLORS AND PACKING

Not with standing the samples submitted, all goods will be supplied in standard colors and packing of our current production unless it is specially specified by buyer. Special color and packing to buyer's specifications are subject to surcharges or free for orders above 500 sets.

LIMITED WARRANTY

All hardware goods will be guaranteed for 6-12 months from date of shipment. Our liabilities will be limited to repair or replace the returned goods due to manufacturing defects. All freights cost and (VAT) duties are for account of buyer and all charges must be prepaid.
